Profile Of The President

Alvin "Bud" Plumer

Bud Plumer, President of Plumer & Associates Inc., was licensed as a Real Estate Broker in 1947. In his years as an executive of his real estate firm, he has had a vast amount of experience in Sales, Management, Financing, and the Appraisal of Real Property. He has also been involved as a developer of new construction residential real estate, as well as rehabilitation of existing property. He is experienced in the sale and management of commercial and residential real estate.

He is a past Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors, past President of the Center City council of Realtors, past President of the South Philadelphia Realty Board, a member of the State and National Realtor Associations and a past Vice President of the University of Pennsylvania Real Estate Society. He has served as a delegate to the Delaware Valley Council of Realtors. He is a graduate of Temple University. He has served as chairman of the Professional Standards Committee of the Philadelphia Board of Realtors, and numerous other committees.

Mr. Plumer is a certified member of REBAC, the Buyer’s Agent’s organization.

Mr. Plumer has been active in the management of Condominium Associations and in the sale and supervision of condominiums.

He has been active in civic affairs and is presently co-chairman of the South Street Headhouse District, and serves on its Zoning and Streets Committees.

  41. Conveyancing
  42. Our full time, in-house, computerized Conveyancing department will work closely with the sales associate in ordering title, obtaining financing, ordering required certifications, and the notifications to all parties as required in the agreement. This will bring the transaction to a successful settlement.

  43. Settlement
  44. Your sales agent or a qualified representative of our company will attend settlement with you to explain procedures and forms.

  45. After Settlement
